Rally up to eight players to hold the Roostlands together. But when a hero falls, the Flock whispers a cursed bargain — and any ally might secretly take it.

They were birds, once. Friends and neighbors. Now they walk the Roostlands with hollow eyes and slow steps, and the rot they carry whispers your friends' names. The Hollow Flock isn't one threat — it's many, and each one is its own kind of terrible.

Each round has 4 phases:
Each player spends Action Points to move, strike, heal, seal a zone, use an item, or fire off one of their character's signature abilities.
At the end of every round, corruption will increase in any zone not protected by a hero. Stay spread out to guard against the rot!
Every zombie still standing strikes any hero sharing its zone. Tank up. Heal up. Brace.
Then the round closes with an event drawn from the deck — a blessing, a curse, or sometimes the rising of an ancient king.
Keep the Great Roost from falling, prevent too many zones from falling to corruption, and defeat the Hollow King.
Let too many zones fall to corruption — or let the Great Roost's heart give out — and the Hollow Flock takes everything.
